Work you’ll do
- Provide support in relation to the daily, weekly and monthly payroll functions (e.g. payroll reports and to meet government-related payroll compliance obligations for Singapore).
- Review of payroll reports prepared by team member to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations before sending to clients for approval each month.
- Respond to client’s email queries and clarifications.
- Send payroll queries for the month where clarifications are required.
- Ensure team members are on track with the payroll timeline agreed with the client.
- Ensure pay slips are released timely to employees.
- Prepare and/or review Singapore tax clearance (Form IR21) in respect of foreign employees leaving Singapore.
- Provide ad-hoc support in relation to all payroll compliance / advisory matters (from the client and local statutory authority perspective).
- Assist clients with the preparation and review of annual employer’s return on employees’ remuneration (Form IR8E).
- Assist in the provision of information and/or reports as requested by auditors and/or tax agents.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in SG payroll processing.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
