Work you’ll do

• Design and conduct crisis and resilience exercises to test and validate client's crisis and resilience readiness
• Design, prepare materials and support facilitation of risk assessment and business impact analysis
• Conduct resilience reviews in compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards
• Develop and support facilitation of resilience trainings and workshops to uplift awareness and standards
• Document findings and provide comprehensive reports with recommendations
• Collaborate with security teams to improve incident response capabilities
• Support large-scale project management to enable swift and quality delivery of work

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information security, information systems management, computer science, engineering, or other related discipline.
• More than 2 years of experience in information technology, IT audits, or cyber security.
• Experienced in functional efforts to conduct thorough security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing robust strategy to mitigate risks.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, applications and cloud computing, including network architecture, database management and system administration. Familiarity with bank’s environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to IT resilience and disaster recovery is a plus.
• Ability to assess risks, analyse data and come up with solutions to enhance resilience
• Ability to identify and manage project milestones, collaborate with stakeholders to see through delivery of advisory work.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and produce content to tight timelines.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritizing a variety of tasks.
