In the Workforce Transformation offering, we deliver solutions to transform our clients’ workforces and workplaces for business success in this era of technology disruption. We enable our clients’ success in creating the very best workforce to achieve their business aspirations -providing end-to-end workforce lifecycle solutions. Work you’ll do Your role is at the dynamic intersection of People, Technology, and Strategy. As a pivotal member of our team, you will actively engage in collaborative efforts that encompass:

  • Data Analysis: You'll dive into both structured and unstructured data related to people and organizations, extracting valuable insights and making sense of complex information.
  • Facilitation: Engage in high-impact labs with senior leaders to facilitate experimentation, strategic discussions and charter future paths and models.
  • Design: Contribute to the creation of initiatives, programs, and experiences that leave a lasting impact on the organization, with a strong focus on human-centered design principles.
  • Architecture: Assist in crafting modern, adaptable, and human-centric organizational structures, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Team Activation: Empower teams and employees to embrace new mindsets and innovative ways of working, fostering a new [target] culture.
  • Metrics Development: Develop cutting-edge methods and metrics for real-time monitoring of progress across various parameters that influence human effectiveness and well-being in the workforce.

Requirements:

 

  • Available to commence work from 29 July 2024
  • Strong academic degree in Business, Entrepreneur, Economics or related disciplines
  • A collaborative and resilient team player who thrives on challenges, excels in complex problem-solving and eagerly embraces a fast-paced work environment.
  • A strong collaborator who is keen to learn from capabilities and perspectives that differ to their norm.
  • Ready to work with CEO’s and Senior Executives and possesses the presence and confidence to interact with them.
  • Comfortable in analyzing large amounts of structured and unstructured data, demonstrating a strong analytical aptitude.
  • An effective communicator with fluency in English, comfortable engaging with global teams and clients.
  • An individual with entrepreneurial spirit, who takes accountability and pride in the work and the team they work with.
  • A passionate and purpose-driven innovator, committed to drive lasting change and make a significant impact in the workplace, marketplace, and society as a whole.
