Work you’ll do:
You will be part of the Growth (Marketing & Communications) team that supports Deloitte in Singapore and Southeast Asia in communications work including:
Videography & Photography /Graphic Design
Supporting the Deloitte Growth team in Singapore and across Southeast Asia in both videography and photography editing work, with some aspects of filming/shooting and production work to deliver high-quality visual content across digital platforms, campaigns and internal communications.
Social media (graphic design)
Supporting the Deloitte Growth team through graphic design to assist Deloitte businesses in reaching out to clients as well as raise Deloitte’s eminence as an employer of choice through social media and digital marketing efforts.
This role will also present opportunities for you to work on projects as part of the wider Marketing & Communications team, outside of the communications scope.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Southeast Asia Communications Leader, the candidate will be involved in the following:
Video and photo editing
- Edit raw video footage and photos into polished final products using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging visual content aligned with brand guidelines
- Maintain and organise digital asset libraries for easy access and reuse
- Stay current with trends in visual media and suggest innovative ideas for content creation
- Support videography/photography and production work where required
- Any other duties as assigned
Social media (graphic design)
- Graphic designing of social media assets
- Support social media campaigns as assigned
- Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in videography or photography. Fresh diploma graduates in this field are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop)
- Understanding of camera operation, lighting setups, sound design and audio recording is an added advantage
- Experience in graphic design for social media assets. Experience in motion graphics or animation is a plus
- Knowledge of social media content formats and optimisation
- Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail
- Maturity and understanding of nuance and sensitivity related to branding and reputation management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders, internal clients and team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently
- Self-starter, capable of working independently, and proactive
- Demonstrates personal accountability for keeping own performance on track
- Is a good team player who can work effectively in diverse teams within a highly inclusive team culture
- Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development
- Meticulous, with an attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
