Work you will do

You’ll have a critical role supporting the Southeast Asia consulting leadership team with the operational management of the practice as well as supporting strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day project administration and document collection from project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal processes.
• Monitor project documentation, operational metrics, and financial performance.
• Perform operational and financial data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior management.
• Contribute to process improvements by automating reporting and enhancing data quality.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

If you are someone with:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience; outstanding fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Solid Excel skills, including PivotTables, charts, lookup functions, and data analysis. Knowledge of VBA/Macros is an advantage.
• Experience with Python or other data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
