Work you’ll do

• Develop and configure Sitecore XM Cloud solutions including templates, components, and content models
• Implement headless frontends using Next.js integrated via Sitecore JSS SDK /Sitecore Content SDK and GraphQL APIs
• Build reusable, modular UI components aligned with design systems
• Integrate Sitecore with external services (APIs, CDP, CRM, authentication providers)
• Leverage Sitecore AI for content generation, tagging, and personalization use cases ]
• Implement personalization and dynamic content delivery in headless environments
• Optimize performance including SSR/ISR strategies, caching, and CDN-based delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend, API, and content layers
• Collaborate with architects, frontend developers, and QA to deliver user stories
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and environment configurations

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in Sitecore development with strong focus on Sitecore XM Cloud/Sitecore AI
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
• Experience using Sitecore JSS SDK/Content SDK and GraphQL for content delivery
• Familiarity with Sitecore AI capabilities (content automation, personalization, insights)
• Strong experience in headless CMS and API-first architectures 
• Experience integrating with REST/GraphQL APIs and third-party platforms
• Understanding of web performance optimization (SSR, ISR, caching, CDN)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (Azure/AWS/Vercel)
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and component-based frontend architecture
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Good to have: Experience with Sitecore Content Hub (DAM)
• Good to have: Exposure or willingness to learn other CMS and personalization ecosystems such as Adobe (AEM), Sitecore AI personalization, CDPs, and related MarTech platforms
