Work you'll do:
Deloitte’s Treasury Advisory team works with CFO’s, CIO’s, CRO’s, Treasurers and others within the treasury organization to address key business challenges and enhance all aspects of treasury operations and controls. We differentiate ourselves by combining deep Treasury business experience with exceptional technical implementation expertise in one team. Our team is comprised of specialists in cash and liquidity management, foreign exchange, financial risk and controls, debt and investments management, policies, governance, and treasury technology.
As a Consultant in Treasury, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering technology-driven solutions to corporate, private, and government organizations. This role offers hands-on experience in treasury transformation projects, with a focus on Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in treasury transformation projects, working collaboratively with teams or independently as required.
- Support TMS implementation projects by focusing on treasury business processes and system functionality.
- Work with clients to implement TMS solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timely project delivery.
- Contribute to client communication, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live readiness.
- Collaborate with and learn from senior team members while supporting junior colleagues, including offshore resources.
- Assist in the sales process for key opportunities by preparing presentation materials and supporting client discussions.
- Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to solve moderately complex problems in treasury technology.
- Explore and suggest innovative solutions, such as automation, data analytics, reporting tools, and artificial intelligence, to enhance implementation and client experiences.

Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in consulting, treasury, or technology-related projects. Fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with TMS solutions (e.g., Kyriba, FIS Quantum, Integrity, ION Treasury Reval and Wall Street Suite, GTreasury) is a plus.
- Understanding of treasury processes such as cash management, FX, debt capital markets, and interest rate risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down requirements logically.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client engagement skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced consulting environment.
