Work you’ll do:

• Requirements Translation: Partner closely with business users and Functional Business Analysts (FBAs) to gather requirements and translate them into Functional and Technical Specification documents.
• Technical Solutioning & Estimation: Develop and review technical design specifications (including RTM mapping), and formulate accurate effort estimates for change requests.
• Quality Assurance & Testing Support: Review SIT test plans/cases, verify vendor and internal developer .NET code releases against specifications, and provide active support during SIT and UAT phases.
• Production Stability & Support: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues post-cutover, collaborating with developers and architects to maintain system stability.
• Methodology Compliance: Monitor and ensure all system documentation aligns with standard delivery methodologies.

Requirements:

• You will be responsible for translating business and functional requirements into scalable .NET technical solutions while supporting application modernization and .NET 8 upgrade initiatives using Agile methodologies.
• The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of experience in software development or technical solution design, with a solid understanding of the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
• Must have experience working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate functional specifications into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Strong understanding of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET 8, with the ability to support developers throughout the application upgrade and modernization lifecycle.
• Experience in designing or reviewing technical solutions for enterprise .NET applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
• Good understanding of backend technologies, including:
• ASP.NET Core
• RESTful APIs
• Microservices architecture
• Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core
• SQL Server
• Dependency Injection
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participating in end-to-end software delivery.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, system integration, troubleshooting, and application lifecycle management within enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting or participating in application upgrade or modernization initiatives, preferably involving legacy systems migrating to .NET 8.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with developers, solution architects, QA teams, and business users to deliver high-quality solutions.
• An appreciation of the consulting environment and willingness to travel (locally and internationally) when required.
