T&T Manager - Artificial Intelligence & Data - MY/TH/ID

As part of the Artificial Intelligence & Data (AI&D) team in Deloitte Southeast Asia, you will be at the forefront of how organizations harness data, cloud, and AI. Our work spans modern data platforms, advanced analytics, generative AI, and agentic AI systems - always staying ahead of the curve to help clients transform with confidence. 

You will work across a spectrum of engagements - ranging from strategy and advisory to technical solutioning and implementation - helping clients unlock business value through trusted and responsible AI adoption. 

In this role, you will: 

• Design and deliver end-to-end AI and data solutions using leading hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern data/AI platforms (Salesforce, NVIDIA, Databricks, Snowflake etc). 

• Apply emerging AI capabilities - including generative AI, LLMs, copilots, and agentic AI agents - to create practical, high-impact business solutions. 

• Use Power BI, Tableau and other visualization tools to transform data into meaningful insights that drive decisions. 

• Partner with internal teams across Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific, as well as with clients and ecosystem collaborators, to co-create innovative solutions for our clients. 

• Contribute across the full project lifecycle: strategy, requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, training and adoption. 

• Operate comfortably in both functional and technical roles, balancing business problem-solving with hands-on delivery. 

• Bring a professional, collaborative, and forward-looking mindset that builds trust and momentum with colleagues and clients alike. 

• Focus on internal AI/Agentic initiatives as when needed, and collaborate with Deloitte Asia Pacific AI Leaders to shape AI narratives, accelerate go-to-market strategies and scale AI across the region. 

As a Manager you will:   

• Focus on the delivery of client work and lead a cross-service line team for major deliverables and projects. In addition, Managers should undertake practice development and business management activities to help grow the AI&D practice as well as aligning to an industry to exploit depth of knowledge and professional experience.  

• Working as a key business partner to high profile clients, you'll have the chance to develop your expertise from strategy to execution, as well as in delivery and implementation. As a Manager in the AI&D team (BI, Big Data or AI), you'll be able to put your own creative ideas into practice as you take ownership of deliverables and resources on transformation projects, and hone your commercial skills.  

• Act as our AI/Agentic initiatives lead, manage workstreams to localise assets for respective markets, assist industry leaders in activating AI across the community and support AI priority pursuits within Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific. 

• You will be continually encouraged to devise innovative solutions to help our clients maximise the value of their data assets by helping them transform data into insight. You will also assume real ownership of projects and key stakeholders at executive levels as you help them execute their strategy to build an efficient analytics organisation, processes and supporting technology.   

• Design and develop tailor-made solutions, strengthen our presence in the market, identify revenue-generating opportunities and get involved in proposal writing, pitch presentations, etc.  

• Build global trusted relationships with key clients.
