Work you will do

We are seeking experienced Managers to join our Cloud Transformation and Technology Advisory team. This role is ideal for professionals who have developed strong technical foundations earlier in their careers and have evolved into trusted advisors capable of bridging business and technology conversations.

As a Manager, you will work with enterprise clients to shape and deliver cloud engineering and infrastructure transformation initiatives. You will combine strong technical foundations with consulting skills to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions. You will provide technical direction to engineering teams, review and challenge architecture and solution designs, and lead technical delivery to ensure engagements meet client expectations and contractual commitments. You will also manage delivery risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations, while contributing to opportunity shaping and proposal development.

The successful candidate will bring expertise across cloud technologies, enterprise infrastructure, and transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and the broader cloud ecosystem.

• Partner with clients to understand business challenges and technology requirements.
• Shape practical, scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
• Lead solutioning workshops and translate business needs into technology strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor across cloud, infrastructure, networking, storage, security, and enterprise technology domains.
• Provide market insights, industry trends, and leading practices to inform client decisions.
• Review, challenge, and validate solution approaches proposed by project teams.
• Assess solution feasibility, risks, dependencies, and delivery considerations.
• Lead engagement teams to ensure successful delivery against client commitments and contractual obligations.
• Manage senior stakeholders and navigate complex business and technology discussions.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, RFP responses, client presentations, and pursuit efforts.

Requirements:

• 8-12+ years of experience in technology consulting, cloud transformation, infrastructure, or enterprise technology roles.
• Experience leading client-facing technology engagements.
• Proven track record of solutioning, advisory, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing delivery teams and complex technology initiatives.

Technical Expertise

Strong understanding of:

• Microsoft Azure (preferred)
• AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Enterprise infrastructure architecture
• Networking fundamentals
• Storage technologies
• Cloud migration and modernization
• Technology operating models
• Enterprise architecture concepts

Consulting & Business Skills

• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how technology drives business value.
• Experience translating technical concepts into business language.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex stakeholder environments.

Positions may be based in Malaysia but project locations could be anywhere in the Asia-Pacific Region.
