Work you’ll do

• Lead Oracle Construction & Engineering engagements and establish the Oracle Unifier practice across Southeast Asia, including developing the practice strategy, market presence, go-to-market approach, and growth strategy.
• Lead Oracle Unifier solution design, implementation support, and delivery, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Build and strengthen the Oracle alliance relationship and support joint go-to-market activities.
• Support business development and sales pursuits, including opportunity identification, solutioning, proposal development, client presentations, and other pursuit activities, working with appropriate Deloitte resources across service lines and industries.
• Lead the day-to-day activities of Oracle engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
• Develop delivery assets, accelerators, frameworks, and implementation methodologies to enhance Oracle Unifier delivery capabilities.
• Recruit, supervise, mentor, and performance manage Oracle Unifier talent across Southeast Asia, building and growing the regional capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of consulting experience, preferably within Construction & Engineering, Infrastructure, Capital Projects, or Property Development.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on Oracle Unifier implementation experience.
• Deep industry expertise in Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, Capital Projects, or Property Development.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Oracle Unifier implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge across Cost Management, Contract Management, Subcontractor Management, Change Management, Project Controls, Document Management, Capital Planning, and Asset Handover & Closeout.
• Strong stakeholder management, solution architecture, and client-facing experience.
• Experience integrating Oracle Unifier with Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Projects is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 is preferred.
