Work you'll do

This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. Elevating the human experience creates enduring value—for the organization, the customer, society, and all.

Martech Technical Consulting & Solution Delivery

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Martech and customer experience solutions across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
  • Translate business, marketing, and customer engagement requirements into scalable technical solution architectures and implementation roadmaps
  • Conduct discovery workshops to define business requirements, customer journeys, data dependencies, activation use cases, and integration requirements
  • Design end-to-end Martech solution architectures covering customer data ingestion, identity resolution, audience management, personalization, experimentation, and omnichannel activation
  • Collaborate with business, CRM, analytics, engineering, and architecture teams to align technical delivery with marketing and CX objectives
  • Drive technical solutioning and implementation governance across multiple Martech workstreams and enterprise transformation programs
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight across implementation lifecycle activities including solution design, environment setup, integration planning, QA/UAT, deployment, and optimization

 

Adobe Experience Cloud Solution Expertise

  • Design, configure, and support solutions across Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target
  • Define and implement customer data models, schemas, identity stitching strategies, audience segmentation frameworks, and real-time activation use cases
  • Configure and optimize customer journeys, decisioning logic, personalization rules, experimentation strategies, and omnichannel campaign orchestration
  • Support integration design and implementation across Adobe Experience Cloud and external enterprise platforms including CRM, CDP, CMS, APIs, data warehouses, and middleware solutions
  • Develop technical specifications, solution documentation, data mapping, and implementation standards aligned to enterprise architecture and governance requirements
  • Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, and data flow issues while ensuring scalability, performance optimization, and operational stability
  • Recommend leading practices for consent management, data governance, audience activation, and campaign performance optimization

 

Client Engagement & Consulting Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client marketing, CRM, data, and digital leadership teams
  • Facilitate architecture workshops, capability assessments, roadmap planning sessions, and technical solution reviews
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations and implementation approaches for senior stakeholders
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution estimation, proposal development, RFP responses, demos, and client presentations
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate effectively across cross-functional regional and global delivery teams
  • Mentor junior consultants and support capability development within the Martech consulting practice

 

Optimization & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to improve personalization maturity, experimentation capability, campaign effectiveness, and operational efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across customer journey orchestration, real-time activation, and audience management capabilities
  • Stay current with Adobe Experience Cloud product releases, emerging Martech trends, AI-driven personalization capabilities, and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Marketing Technology, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Martech, CRM, digital marketing technology, customer experience transformation, or technology consulting
  • Strong hands-on implementation experience across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions including AEP, RT-CDP, AJO, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale Martech architectures, customer data ecosystems, and omnichannel activation solutions
  • Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration, real-time personalization, segmentation, experimentation, and digital marketing operations
  • Experience working with APIs, data integration patterns, ETL processes, identity management, and customer data platforms
  • Familiarity with SQL, JSON, data schemas, tagging frameworks, and cloud-based Martech ecosystem integrations
  • Experience translating business and marketing requirements into technical solution designs and implementation plans
  • Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, consulting, and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience delivering Martech transformation projects within enterprise or consulting environments
  • Adobe certifications across Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, or Adobe Target will be highly advantageous
