Work you’ll do

 

The Organization Transformation offering enables an organization to operate differently in support of their business strategy. Organization transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit or functional level, and leverages behavioral analytics, actuarial capabilities and research insights to drive the change.

 

  • Lead and deliver complex transformation programmes while maintaining strong client satisfaction and delivery quality.
  • Build and sustain executive-level client relationships across strategic accounts.
  • Contribute meaningfully to business development activities and support the growth of the Change Management and Organization Transformation practice.
  • Develop and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a strong coaching culture.
  • Drive measurable adoption, business readiness, and value realization outcomes for clients.
  • Contribute towards the practice's annual revenue objectives, including supporting a pipeline and delivery portfolio aligned to a target NSR

Requirements: 

 

  • Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Sociology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years of working of experience, with 2 years in a leadership role preferably in consulting with change management exposures.
  • Transformation Leadership
    • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes, ideally across multiple countries, business units, or functions.
    • Experience leading enterprise-wide ERP, HRIS, Digital, Operating Model, Shared Services, Workforce, Culture, or Business Transformation initiatives.
    • Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and steer complex transformation discussions.
  • Techno-Functional Capability
    • Strong understanding of both business and technology transformation, with experience supporting platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, or similar enterprise solutions.
    • Ability to translate system-enabled changes into business, process, role, capability, and behavioural impacts.
    • Comfortable engaging with both business leadership and solution/technology teams.
  • Change & Adoption Expertise
    • Deep experience across Change Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Change Impact Assessment, Change Readiness, Communications, Training, Adoption, Reinforcement, and Value Realization
    • Experience establishing adoption metrics, readiness measures, and value realization outcomes.
  • Leadership & Advisory
    • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders (CEO, CHRO, CIO, CFO).
    • Proven experience leading and coaching teams across multiple engagements.
    • Ability to independently shape client discussions, facilitate executive workshops, and provide strategic recommendations.
    • Commercial Leadership & Practice Growth
    • Proven track record in supporting and leading business development activities, including pursuits, proposals, RFP responses, client presentations, and orals.
    • Ability to identify, shape, and convert opportunities across existing and new client accounts.
    • Experience building trusted client relationships that result in repeat work, extensions, and strategic transformation opportunities.
    • Demonstrated commercial acumen with accountability for engagement economics, resource management, revenue forecasting, and profitability.
    • Ability to independently engage client executives to articulate the business value of transformation and position Deloitte's capabilities effectively.Experience developing go-to-market offerings, thought leadership, methodologies, and assets that contribute to practice growth.
    • Proven ability to collaborate across service lines, industries, and geographies to drive integrated transformation opportunities.
    • Expected to actively contribute to achieving practice revenue targets through a combination of sales support, account development, and delivery excellence.
