Work you’ll do

This role, based in Singapore, offers an excellent opportunity to work within the Partner Affairs Office team, part of the SEA CEO Office.

The successful candidate will support a wide range of partner-related operational processes, programs, initiatives, and communications across Southeast Asia. The role requires strong coordination, analytical capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

The successful candidate will help manage SEA Partner-related operational processes and programs. This includes:

 

  • Support partner-related programs, initiatives, events, and activities across engagement and transition stages.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate communications tailored for different purposes, geographies, and audience groups.
  • Maintain and update internal systems, records, and communication platforms to ensure information is accurate and current.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders across teams and geographies to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Provide support on special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in fields such as business operations, human resources, project management, analytics, or related areas. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

 

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across different levels and geographies.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and flexible, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Able to learn quickly, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of deliverables.
