Work you’ll do

The Client Program Support team manages the strategic client program and facilitates account development activities in line with the practice's strategic business plans. The team’s goal is to assist partners in targeting, winning and retaining strategic clients through client insights and reporting, client service assessment and active account management.  

 

Responsibilities

The Client Program Senior Executive plays a key role in supporting the Southeast Asia Strategic Client Program by providing account management and administrative support. This is an independent contributor role that works closely with Client Service Teams, industry marketing teams and other internal stakeholders to help strengthen client relationships, improve account visibility and support profitable growth.

 

  • Coordinate the day-to-day management of strategic client accounts, working with Client Service Teams to support relationship-building activities and strengthen engagement between clients and Deloitte.
  • Maintain account plans, client action trackers and stakeholder relationship maps to ensure account teams have an accurate and up-to-date view of priorities, opportunities and next steps.
  • Prepare and manage account reporting, including financial performance, opportunity tracking, sales pipeline updates and progress against agreed account priorities.
  • Support business development and client engagement activities by coordinating follow-ups, tracking outcomes and helping teams maximise return on investment from account initiatives.
  • Develop high-quality client materials, presentations, briefing packs and research summaries that support account conversations, pursuits and leadership discussions.
  • Contribute to other strategic client program initiatives and cross-account projects as required.

Requirements

  • A recognized University degree in marketing, business or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2-4 years of work experience, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Relevant experience in professional services business development is preferred
  • Confidence to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with senior management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of research tools for analysis and a general understanding of database technology  
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools
