Deloitte Forensic is the pre-eminent forensic practice in Singapore and Southeast Asia and advice local, regional and global clients in the complex areas of Disputes, Discovery, Forensic Analytics, Forensic Investigations (including, fraud, corruption and misconduct), and Financial Crime Advisory.

 

Manager  -  Forensic eDiscovery

 

Responsibilities


Our team of Forensic Discovery professionals work closely with clients and legal counsel to collect, preserve and analyse large and disparate data to support or refute the facts and allegations of commercial investigations and complex litigation. We leverage advanced investigative techniques and state-of-the-art technology to deliver effective solutions to our clients' complex legal issues.
Your role will include the following duties: 

•  Lead a team in conducting forensic investigations relating to electronic discovery (eDiscovery), legal support, forensic investigations and digital forensics.
•  Provide all necessary guidance and training to team members 
•  Oversee the investigation and analysis of data using forensic methodologies and common tools. This includes the forensic analysis of laptop and desktop computer systems, servers, email servers, mobile devices and cloud repositories.
•  Focus on delivering client engagements and engage in knowledge sharing sessions.
•  Review and update standard operating procedures and workflows to drive efficiency.
•  Take the lead on delivering engagements and engage the clients to deliver a personalised client experience.

Requirements

 

•  Possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Digital Forensics, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
•  A minimum of 7 years of experience in Digital Forensics and/or eDiscovery.
•  Strong understanding of digital forensic, incident response, and eDiscovery processes and methodologies, including forensic methodology, evidence collection, and preservation.
•  Hands-on experience or solid technical understanding of forensic tools such as OpenText EnCase Forensic, Magnet Axiom, Cellebrite, and processing tools like Nuix.
•  Skilled at administrating review platforms such as Reveal Brainspace or Relativity.
•  Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and familiarity with scripting languages like Python or SQL is considered an advantage.
•  One or more of the following certifications (or similar) would be an advantage: SANS certifications, Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Relativity Certified User (RCU), Nuix Workstation certification, Reveal Brainspace certification, EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), or Magnet Certified Forensic Examiner (MCFE).
•  Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect and interpret complex digital evidence.
•  High attention to detail and a meticulous approach to documentation and analysis.
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to varying client needs.
•  Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines.
•  A dependable, coachable team player with a strong work ethic, client-centric mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and professional integrity.
•  Willing and available to travel for business across geographies on short notice.
