About Deloitte’s Transfer Pricing Tax Team

The Opportunity / Work you’ll do

• Deliver impactful, tax-efficient transfer pricing strategies that help multinational clients achieve their business objectives across global markets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing support on complex cross-border tax issues.
• Lead or support the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation, financial benchmarking studies, and compliance reports.
• Analyse value chains and operations, performing complex economic and financial analyses to provide actionable insights.
• Advise clients on audit defence, negotiations with tax authorities, and transfer pricing submissions or appeals.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team

What We Look For / Requirements

• At least 5 years of Singapore transfer pricing tax experience, ideally in an international accounting firm, law firm, financial institution, or financial services environment (Big 4 preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field;
• Professional qualification such as ISCA (CPA, ACCA, SCTP accreditation is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and hands-on experience in both compliance and advisory projects.
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios, deliver high-quality work, and build trusted client relationships.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experienced in preparing reports and client presentations.
• Experience leading project teams, mentoring junior staff, and facilitating client discussions.
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
