Work you’ll do
Responsibilities:
- Support software asset management activities throughout the software lifecycle, including software inventory, deployment, usage tracking, and licence compliance.
- Assist in analysing software usage data to identify optimisation opportunities and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Work with project teams to prepare reports, documentation, and compliance assessments for clients.
- Support software licence reviews and help identify potential compliance risks under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate with clients, software vendors, and internal teams to gather information and support software asset management engagements.
- Build your knowledge of software licensing models, industry best practices, and emerging technology trends through on-the-job learning and structured development.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT, technology consulting, software asset management, IT audit, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and an interest in technology governance and software compliance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of software asset management, ITIL, ISO 19770, or software licensing concepts is an advantage but not essential.
