Work you’ll do
The Global ADM (Alternative Delivery Model) Management team is responsible for posting and maintaining personnel records, uploading and verifying time entries, reconciling invoices related to ADM resources in the S4 system, recording the posting of invoices, releasing the accruals for posted invoices and performing a periodic reconciliation of the accrual accounts. This team is also responsible for maintaining all the necessary tables and mappings required for this process to operate and flow. The team coordinates with and supports Finance teams in different geographies to reconcile and report ADM services, as well as the Delivery Centers, internal technology teams, Interfirm and PTP.
The key job responsibilities include the following:
- Managing team quality and controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaison between technology and finance, as the subject matter expert on ADM processes and impacts, to ensure systems and methods are correct and produce accurate results.
- Collaborate with Business Controllers and Leaders to understand their business model and assist in ensuring appropriate data is implemented in the system.
- Lead, coordinate and implement new or improved standardized processes.
- Guide team in the documenting and monitoring of internal controls, process improvements, and educating various stakeholders.
- Perform complex ad hoc queries for the team and stakeholders.
- Support team members to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Maintain accountability for reporting and daily work planning.
- Demonstrate appropriate understanding / working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls and apply them.
- Effectively communicate and manage the stakeholders of the process.
- Identify inefficiencies in the processes or areas of risk and work with management to establish new controls and reporting solutions.
- Demonstrate understanding of business processes, system validations, and related standards and best practices.
- Conduct performance appraisal reviews for assigned counselees.

Qualifications and experience required:
- B.Com/M.Com
- CA Inter/CWA Inter
- MBA Finance
Preferred:
- 8 to 10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Understanding of SAP and other financial applications
- Good knowledge of Revenue and Cost flow, and their postings
- Good knowledge on the Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures is required
- Proficiency in data analysis and management
- Strong and proactive oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires critical thinking, analytical skills, strong process knowledge and ownership, and a keen sense of quality service to clients (internal)
- Must have exposure to working with Senior Leadership in the current role.
