Work you’ll do
 

  • Processing payroll transactions and updating employee payroll information in the payroll system.
  • Accurately recording payroll changes such as new hires, salary revisions, one-time payments, allowances, deductions, and employee exits
  • Generating payroll reports and preparing outputs for review and approval such as:-
    (i)    Salary register
    (ii)    Year-to-date
    (iii)    Variance
    (iv)    Payslips
    (v)    Bank payment files
    (vi)    CPF submission files
    (vii)    Payroll General Ledger (GL) files
    (viii)    Other payroll-related reports and client-specific documentation (where required)
    (ix)    Performing payroll validation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintaining payroll records and supporting documentation (e.g. updating control logs)
  • Assisting to draft emails to clarify on payroll inputs
  • Assisting to draft email responses on client’s payroll queries.
  • Working closely with Senior Associates, Assistant Managers, and Managers to deliver quality payroll services to clients
  • Contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery

Requirements

 

  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing, payroll administration, or a similar operational role.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Excel
  • Fast, accurate, and efficient in handling large volumes of payroll data
  • Responsible, detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
  • Organized and able to manage deadlines effectively
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others
  • Proactive and willing to learn new skills
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
